Return Conditions

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The goods must be unworn and in a condition suitable for resale.

The goods must be packed in the original packaging, which should not be damaged.

The goods must not be damaged or altered in any way by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately and contact us right away if the goods are defective, damaged, or if you received incorrect items, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
